Meowmoirs: December 18, 2020 First Time Snow

It's winter, and Earnie is about to experience snow for the first time, and the lesson of snow is learned the hard way. It may look like a beautiful, fluffy white blanket, but it is cold.

    Text - CANHAS CHEEZ BURGER Entry I: First Time Snow December l18, 2020 The world has been covered with a cozy white blanket, but it is a lie, and i had to learn that the hard way. It all started with the cold. I had not felt such cold before. There were few times in jail when we were let out to wonder outside, but it was always nice weather when we did.     Text - it was beautiful if not a tad scary =EZ When my humans left the house that BURGER day, I watched the little white blanket particles land on them as they walked. I wondered what the blanket felt like. Was it cozier than the one my bed at home? My curiosity on was immeasurable. I simply had to know. Peeking out of the window should have given me first clue as to the my danger of the blanket, since the second I put my nose out into the air, it froze. My nose absolutely froze. But I was still

    Text - CANHAS When I woke up again and went to CHEEZ on the whiteness outside, in URGER check up the blanket had almost doubled height. The rocks on the ground were gone underneath it, and the blanket particles had stopped falling from the sky. Later that evening, when returned, I finally got the opportunity my humans to check on the blanket on my own. Let me be clear, I never allow them to leash me. The few times that they've tried, I flopped right away. I am not a dog, therefore, I will not be

    Text - I had never had any interest in going EZ outside. As l've mentioned, I've beenER outside while was in prison before, leashed, going into the yard to see the other inmates more closely, and the thought of doing that in this established kingdom home, in was my not a pleasant one. Yet, when I saw the humans bringing out the leash on that fated white day, my curiosity overtook any sense of danger i had, and I let them leash me. I did not, however, let them lead me.     Text - Freezing. Instantly. There was a section CHEEZ of pathway on which there was no BURGER white blanket, but my paws were already terribly cold. Still, I fought on because the need to sniff the blanket and feel its warmth was overwhelming. Clearly, I thought, since the ground was so cold, the blanket was neces ssary.     Green - I did not stop running until I was back in CHEEZ BURGER the house. Even then, the warmth not return right away, so I kept running. Getting on top of the blanket on my bed was still not warm enough, so I head right covered by a blanket that did not betray me. Never again. It will be sufficient to appreciate the betraying beauty of the white blanket from within shoved my under it until I was my home. The adventure did have one good result though.
